My art is the instrument that enables me to understand myself and the world around me. It is through the process of creation that I interpret and give meaning to the facts that affect my life and the lives of others.
I explore the interactions between humans and the natural world. I do this by using natural materials and found objects, often working in natural environments and at all times trying to minimize the transformation of these materials during the creative process.
I engage actively in social discourse by reducing my carbon footprint to a minimum. My sculptures are a statement of that principle; most of them are made using recycled or discarded resources.
